"Registry of the Pinto Draft and 1/2 Pinto Draft Sport
Horse for the people with emphasis on COLOR and Draft Substance"
Building relationships through exceptional Personalized Service
and commitment to our Members and their Horses. We are an
approved nonprofit 501 (c) (3) Corporation by the state of
New Mexico.
The Pinto Draft Registry, Inc. was founded the summer of 2002
to register Draft and 1/2
Draft/Sport horses of Pinto color. This is a color registry
and was formed to preserve and promote these beautiful horses
of Pinto Color. The registry is open to horses of 1/2 Draft
to full Draft. The Pinto Draft Registry, Inc. will strive
to improve the quality of these horses and to record, collect,
and preserve the pedigrees of the Pinto Draft and 1/2 Draft/Sport
horse.
The interest in Pinto Drafts has risen strongly over the past
years; two goals of this newly formed registry are to distribute
information about Pinto Drafts, and to bring interested people
and breeders together.
The Pinto Draft Registry Inc. strives to improve the quality
of these horses, to record, collect, preserve the pedigrees
of the Pinto Draft and 1/2 Draft/Sport Horse and to publish
a yearly stud book.Horses accepted into The Pinto Draft Registry
Inc. can be of any Draft breed including Percheron, Belgian,
Clydesdale, Shire, Suffolk Punch, and the American Cream.
The 1/2 division must be that of 1/2 of the above Draft horse.
